All fishing reports, forecasts, conditions, summaries, and other content provided on this Platform are generated using artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No Guarantee of Accuracy: While we strive for relevance, AI is prone to errors, omissions, "hallucinations," and presenting outdated data. We do not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or reliability of any output.

  • No Human Review: Content is primarily generated via algorithmic analysis and is published without manual human review or verification.

  • Assumption of Risk: Your reliance on any AI-generated content is strictly at your own risk.

3. Critical Safety and Navigational Disclaimer

Not for Navigation or Safety Planning. The Services are provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only. AI-generated reports regarding weather, tides, water conditions, marine life, and geography may be fundamentally inaccurate.

  • You must never use this Platform as a substitute for official maritime forecasts, Coast Guard advisories, official tide charts, or certified navigational tools.

  • Always consult official, real-time sources before boating, wading, or engaging in any outdoor activities. We are not responsible for property damage, injury, or loss of life resulting from reliance on the Platform.

The information on this Platform does not constitute professional advice (including but not limited to legal, financial, environmental, or regulatory advice). You are solely responsible for ensuring that your fishing activities comply with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.

5. User Accounts and App Usage

To access certain features of the App or Website, you may be required to create an account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • If you download the App through a third-party app store (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play), you agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms of service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES, INCLUDING BOTH THE WEBSITE AND THE APP, ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIFISHREPORT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, BUG-FREE, VIRUS-FREE, OR SECURE.

  • Any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AIFishReport and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

Your use of the Website and App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data (including app-specific data like location services, if applicable). These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Minnesota, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Shakopee, MN.
